cancellation and booking policy
we require 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule appointments or the full charge will be made - all treatments over 2 hours require 50% deposit - clients that arrive late will only receive the remaining time of their appointment - we regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late
