Cancellation and Booking Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule appointments, or a 50% charge will be made.

All treatments over 2 hours require a 50% deposit.

Clients that arrive late will only receive the remaining time of their appointment.

We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late.

Gratuities are included in the price.
